Cedok travel agency plans to breathe new life into Ceske Budejovice Airport, which has been modernized for IFR operations in recent years. At the end of next summer, Cedok plans to offer the first holiday flights from Ceske Budejovice to Antalya and Rhodes.

The sale of package holidays departing from Ceske Budejovice will be confirmed by October 15. By this date, the airport must finalize all necessary details with the Civil Aviation Authority and Air Traffic Control.

Cedok plans to offer 16 departures from the airport next year. Smartwings would operate the two routes, with eight flights each to Rhodes and Antalya. The flights would take place in August and September. According to travel agency representatives, both destinations are among their most popular.

This year, Cedok has also launched flights from Karlovy Vary to Antalya.
